Who Are We?
Georgetown Animal Outreach is a
not-for-profit (501c3) group that has worked
with local shelters - particularly the
Williamson County Regional Shelter - for 15
years. We "pull" dogs from local shelters
and they become GAO dogs until we find
them appropriate, forever homes.

Georgetown is 20 miles north of Austin, in
central Texas.

We are all volunteers, but are committed to
do our best with the dogs and cats in our

Mojo is a total gem. He's got a cute
squishy, kiss me face, loves people
and is pretty chilled. He'd be best as
an only dog, but he'll fill your heart
Diesel was with GAO for
over two years.
And he did
finally find a home - and a
great one at that. Hooray
